Industry Executive to Further Drive the Brand’s Growth

WARWICK, R.I. – Launch Entertainment has named a new Director of Sales to enhance the national performance of the brand’s current and future parks. 

The indoor family entertainment franchise brand has appointed Elizabeth Amaral to the position, further investing in the leadership team to aid the concept’s expansion. Having a decade of experience in the family entertainment industry, specifically in sales roles, Amaral will further support the performance of existing and new Launch locations. The new hire announcement comes on the heels of significant growth for Launch Entertainment, with a recent park opening in Grand Rapids, MI, and several locations in development in key markets across the country.  

Before joining Launch Entertainment, Amaral was a District Sales Manager for Dave and Busters, supporting locations on a national level to increase sales through marketing campaigns and the development of local sales teams. Prior to this, she was Director of Sales at a private event venue, managing many aspects and logistics for the company. 

“When presented with the opportunity to join the Launch team, I knew almost instantly that the brand was the perfect fit,” said Amaral. “The people and the passion that the team has for the concept is what sold me on the brand. I am most looking forward to what I can bring to the table to help franchisees be even more successful by improving and streamlining marketing outreach, building relationships with the community and ultimately supporting their locations.”

In her new role, Amaral will focus on managing the call center, increasing the level of support for sales and training sales team members at franchise and corporate locations. She will also lead inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to bring in more customers to the parks. She’ll also serve as a coach, to mentor team members on-site to better sell the products and services.

EDISON, NJ– Launch Entertainment, an indoor family entertainment franchise, is reaching new heights in the Northeast—

The award-winning entertainment concept will soon be opening a location in Edison, NJ.  Notably, the Edison park will be the brand’s second location in New Jersey, further driving Launch Entertainment’s growth throughout the US with more than 30 locations either open or in development. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 for the new Edison location. 

The location will be owned and operated by Arvish and Pinkal Patel, who are experienced entrepreneurs in the area. The husband-and-wife duo own several childcare franchise locations across New Jersey and one in Florida. With their background in the childcare industry, as well as additional knowledge in retail and convenience store ownership, the couple is looking forward to opening their first Launch Entertainment location, as the brand has proven the success of its business model.

Leading Family Entertainment Franchise Locks in Signed Agreement to Grow Southern Footprint with Existing Multi-Unit Operator

FOLEY, Ala. Launch Entertainment, an award-winning indoor family entertainment franchise, is reaching new heights in the Southeast—

The family entertainment concept has signed an agreement to bring a new location to Foley. This will be the brand’s second location in Alabama, further driving the brand’s growth in the Southeast and supporting its growth goal to reach 100 units in the next five years. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023, and the location will be situated in the Tanger Outlet Mall. Local residents can look forward to Awesome attractions including bowling, a full restaurant and bar, arcade and more.

The new location will be owned and operated by Sammy Razick, an existing franchisee with Launch Entertainment. As the existing owner of the Prattville location, which opened in 2018, Razick is an experienced operator with Launch, and also brings a background in residential and commercial remodeling as a licensed builder to the business.

Husband-and-Wife Duo to Open Family Entertainment Center Franchise in Massachusetts
