Great place for kids and family. I had a great experience, and the staff are so nice, the place is also incredibly clean. The pizza was good and cheap, my brothers loved Lazer tag and the virtual reality. I definitely tell everyone to go, best place to hang out for some hours 10/10.

We hosted my son’s 9th birthday party with 12 of his friends at Launch in Woburn this weekend and it was a 10/10 experience across the board. Not only did the kids have such a blast, but every one of the staff members were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to be accommodating.

What a blast!!! Our sons 7th birthday party was held here and our experience couldn’t have been better. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and if someone didn’t have the answer they were able to seek it out promptly. Lily and Sam were amazing party hosts who helped us every step of the way and the manager Cali made sure our experience was one to remember!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had. All because of the best worker named Phil. He was nice, respectful and a great guy. He deserves a promotion. Employee of the month should go to Phil. Scratch that employee of the year! Phil is the best employee I’ve ever met.
